SHIPMENTS:
All orders are shipped via USPS 24-48 business hours after the monies are in my account*.
A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you separately, once your package has been prepared for send out.
Buyer agrees to pay a flat shipping and handling fee upon checkout.
Please note - should there be any changes to this policy, due to unforeseen situations or circumstances, we will post notice to the website.
At this time, Eyenmi boutique does not ship internationally, except to Canada. Shipping costs to Canada are higher because of distance.
*I ship after the money reaches my account (normally 2-3 business days).
Also, please note items shipped Priority can and often does take 5 business days or longer to reach destination.
PAYMENTS:
We accept payment thru credit card - VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS through PayPal.
We are now accepting money orders. They must be received within 7 days of your purchase or items will be relisted. Items will be shipped once money orders are cleared through bank (normally 7-10 days). Money orders MUST be made out to Nakia Haynes
RETURNS:
Due to the nature of the merchandise, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date. Must be returned in EXACT condition received.
Shipping & handling is nonrefundable.
I am not a store...I do not get credit for my fees if something is returned, so unless I made an error in the listing, there will be an additional 10% fee for the retuned item.
